Returns, Shipping & Privacy Policy

RETURNS

Unis will exchange or reimburse product within 14 days of the ship date. All goods must be returned in perfect, unused condition along with a copy of your initial invoice. All hang-tags and labels must remain on garment. We require that you email us so that we can issue an Exchange or Return Authorization Number. Please email customerservice@unisnewyork.com. Please include the following in your email:

- Name and Address
- Order #
- Short Description of reason of RETURN…OR
- Style/Color/Size of what you would like to EXCHANGE

**International orders are not eligible for return/exchange.

REVISED HOLIDAY POLICY: As of December 10th, we can offer a refund or exchange anytime before 7PM EST, January 8th 2019, with a gift receipt or original receipt.

REFUNDS

Refunds are processed within 14 days of return. Funds are credited back using the customer's original method of payment.

SALE ITEMS

All sale items are final sale, this is held without exception.

We advise that you do not order sale items if you are a first-time customer or are unsure of sizing. Please contact customerservice@unisnewyork.com for questions regarding sizing before purchasing.

No exchanges or refunds will be permitted on discounted items. This includes any and all items purchased for less than the full retail selling price.

Vintage and sample sale items are sold in as-is condition. Any damages will be noted in the description/photo of the item and will be reflected in the price

Discounts and sale prices are not retroactive, may not be applied to previous purchases, and will be honored only while the sale is active.

All undergarments are final sale and may not be exchanged for returned.

SHIPPING

All domestic shipping is done via USPS and gets delivered within 1-5 business days, depending on selected service.

Shipping rates will vary according to package size, weight and final destination. Should you require expedited shipping in the form of guaranteed next day delivery or second-day delivery you will be given the option of making these selections on our checkout page. Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase.

For International shipments, we use USPS and DHL Worldwide who provide customs clearance and door-to-door delivery service within 6 -10 business days . Shipping rates will vary according to package size, weight and final destination between the two shipping providers. Duties and import taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.

  • WYND Same-Day - delivery within 1-3 hours* (order must be placed by or before 3pm to receive same day shipment for local Brooklyn and Manhattan residents only)
  • DHL International - 7 -10 Business days *

  • In-Store Pickup - NY store ONLY**

** In-store pickup orders must be picked up within 5 days after the purchase date with presentation of valid ID, Card Used, AND confirmation email. If not picked up within 5 days, your order will be canceled and you will be charged a $5 holding / restocking fee. Same 14-day return policy applies to in-store pickup orders.

Note: Any shipment being delivered outside of the US may be subject to duties, customs and local tax charges. These costs will not be included in your order total. You are liable for any of these fees and payment may be necessary to release your shipment.

PRIVACY POLICY

We have created this privacy policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy and the protection of your information.

Our email marketing is permission based. If you received a mailing from us, our records indicate that (a) you have expressly shared this address for the purpose of receiving information in the future ("opt-in"), or (b) you have registered or purchased or otherwise have an existing relationship with us. We respect your time and attention by controlling the frequency of our mailings.

If you believe you have received unwanted, unsolicited email sent via this system or purporting to be sent via this system, please forward a copy of that email with your comments to Mail Chimp Abuse Desk for review.

How can you stop receiving email from us?

Each email sent contains an easy, automated way for you to cease receiving email from us, or to change your expressed interests. If you wish to do this, simply follow the unsubscribe or Update Profile links at the end of any email. How we protect your privacy

We use appropriate security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of data used by our system.

Sharing and Usage

We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone for their promotional use without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information, and to contracted service providers for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you.

Use of Web Beacons

When we send you emails, we may include a web beacon to allow us to determine the number of people who open our emails. When you click on a link in an email, we may record this individual response to allow us to customize our offerings to you. Web beacons collect only limited information, such as a cookie identifier, time and date of a page being viewed, and a description of the page on which the Web Beacon resides (the URL).

Web Beacons can be refused when delivered via email. If you do not wish to receive Web Beacons via email, you will need to disable HTML images or refuse HTML (select Text only) emails via your email software.
